3. Purpose of use

Whenever we obtain personal information, we generally clarify the purpose and scope of its use by means of explanation in writing, on a website, verbally, etc. We will also explicitly indicate them whenever we share such information with others. In the event that the purpose of use of personal information to be obtained is obvious, such as when we ask for contact information in response to customer inquiries or requests, or when we exchange business cards according to business customs, we may omit clarifying the purpose of use. Even in that case, in principle, we will use personal information obtained within the scope of the following purpose of use.

We make efforts to continuously improve the handling of personal information, etc.

We will respond without delay to any request from the relevant person or the agent thereof for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of applicable retained personal data, suspension of use, erasing, or suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as “disclosure, etc.”).
